Our Work
Displayed below are some of our distinguished projects, showcasing innovative and inventive applications of seismic isolation technology. These examples illustrate our ability to implement this technology effectively, regardless of the building's design complexity.
18-story residential buildings-twins “Northern Ray” with R/C bearing frames and shear walls. Total 904 medium damping rubber bearings were used to create the base isolation system on top of the first parking floor.

20-story “Elite Plaza” business center building with R/C bearing frames and shear walls. 246 medium damping rubber bearings were used to create the base isolation system on top of the three floors (two underground parking and one above ground commercial floors). This is one of the tallest base isolated buildings in the world.

First existing 5-story stone apartment building in Armenia retrofitted by base isolation in the city of Vanadzor in 1996. This building was retrofitted for the first time in the world without interruption of its use. 60 high damping rubber bearings were used to create the base isolation system within the building’s basement.
